Thank you for using the conferencing rooms at FORUM. Each room is equipped with wireless and wired presentation and web conferencing capabilities to accommodate your technical needs. To best support your meeting for video conferencing and presentation use, please install the appropriate software available below prior to the start of your meeting.

BOOK THE ROOMS

Book the Lenox, Murray, and Sutton conference rooms anytime, anywhere. The Lenox room seats up to 14 persons, the Murray room seats up to 10 persons, and the Sutton room seats up to 8 persons.

ONLINE BOOKINGS

Schedule your booking for the conference rooms in advance through the online booking system. Select the appropriate meeting duration, meeting date and time, and provide your contact information to reserve a room.

ON-THE-SPOT BOOKINGS

Conveniently book a conference room in a few taps through the Joan tablet located at the entrance of each meeting room. Conference room availability may vary, please respect existing reservations.

Cancellation Policy: All tenants must check-in to their meeting through the Joan tablet upon arrival. To alter or cancel your upcoming meeting, go to the booking confirmation email. Please contact the Tenant Experience Team at [email protected] if you require support.

  1. Download the latest Displaylink USB Graphics Software for Windows
  2. Plug the Logitech Swytch (purple dongle) into your device to screen share
  3. Present or video conference

  1. Download the DisplayLink Manager Graphics Connectivity for Mac devices
  2. Plug the Logitech Swytch (purple dongle) into your device to screen share
  3. Present or video conference

MERSIVE SOLSTICE

Wirelessly connect to the room for presentations and video conferencing

  1. Connect to the Wi-Fi
    SSID: Forum875-Conference
    Password: 875Forum$@
  2. Follow the instructions on the screen to download the Mersive app and any necessary drivers for camera and microphone use. For first time users, we recommend having your IT support on-site or available to provide an administrative password, if required, when downloading/installing new software.
  3. Present or video conference from the Mersive app.
